V-scoring
Scoring is used for mechanical pre-separation of the PCBs. A V-shaped breaking line is formed in the circuit board with a precision cutting tool.
Scoring parameters
Remaining bridge thickness | 0.30mm |
Scoring angle | 30° |
Minimum copper / scoring line spacing | 400µm |

Scoring

Minimal distance from scoring-line by cooper field for material by 1.60mm | 0.40mm |
Minimal distance from the scoring-line to a copper field for material over 1.60mm | >0.50mm |
Material remainder after scoring | 0.30mm ± 0.10mm |
